Safety of our clients is the paramount measure we follows strict measures. After properly screening each of our drivers and employees, we train them before going on ground. Since there have been many cases of harassment by professional car service drivers, we at iCabs in all these years of experience have maintained professionalism.

Covid Safety
In the distress times of Corona, for maintaining utmost hygiene & safety, we upkeep mandatory checks like, regular sanitization of vehicles, zero (or minimal) contact services thus adhering to social distancing norms, driver’s & users face masks, temperature checks, etc. We take care of all the health and hygiene measures to ensure safety of our staff and customers.
REGULATIONS AWARENESS
Our drivers understand that client’s safety is paramount to us and it should not be compromised at any cost. Thereby, we ensure that our drivers abide by contemporary road safety rules and regulations at all times. For creating awareness amongst them regarding active regulations, we also participate in Road Safety Awareness programmes.
TRAVEL SAFETY
To ensure special safety measures for our female commuters, we provide verified drivers and all our vehicles & drivers are equipped with emergency and control room numbers. Also, to avoid any cases of harassment by car service drivers, we maintain professionalism by keeping continuous check on our staff
DRIVER'S TRAINING
We have our own training department for providing regular continuous training to our drivers so that they can provide best experiences to the users. We conduct induction and regular training also. Induction training covers the principles adhered by the company, rules & regulations, safety measures inter-alia. In regular training sessions, the emphasis is laid on road safety measurements, drivers’ skills, rules and regulations, etc.
TRAINING FOR MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES
To ensure that all our vehicles are well-maintained and safe, we train our drivers with the latest developments and methods for maintaining the vehicle. Such training covers, vehicular maintenance, routine company checkups, the procedure to handle the vehicle (in case it breaks down mid-way, and other similar emergency situations).
